Self-Defense in Black Amerikkka punished by racial judicial systems.

There are many proofs of Black Families being forced to defend themselves and are seen as the aggressors in this country by racist legal systems. Time and again we the Black communities have seen white people kill unarmed Black people and are seen as heroes in the same Justice system that punishes Black people.

The perfect example is the recent case of Daniel Penny and Jordan Neely; the world was forced to watch as he strangled the life out him for no other reason than racist feelings and the arrogance of white privilege.

How soon does the arrogance of white privilege have them forget their own faults and sins before they cast stones and judgement towards others, especially those of the Black race.

The point that I'm making is that we the Black race have seen the two-faced ways of the legal systems when it comes to the issue of self-defense, and who's able to use it. This issue of Self-Defense and Black people being forced to defend themselves or their families is nothing new and something that we have always been punished for in this country.

In 1967 Huey P Newton spoke about the hidden racism in this country and how we the Black people who are so confused and distracted that the racists police, systems, and white people would continue to murder us with no interference unless we came together and realized our potential as a people collectively. He also spoke about the importance of self-defense for the Black Families and communities as we are being patrolled by racist police in our own neighborhoods like we are in a war zone with a racist system and government.

This is the whole reason that Daniel Penny would go free for the murder of a Black man named Jordan Neely, also Kyle Rittenhouse who was found not guilty by the same racist system that will punish a Black man that defends his life ore families and will be seen as the aggressors in this country.

The recent hate and remarks about the Karmelo Anthony case proves my point about the racist systems, and people in this country. Here a clear-cut case of someone being the aggressor in this case it was Austin Metcalf who violated Karmelo Anthony right to be a free Black man, and he was dealt with, now because it was a young Black man that defended himself and the life that was lost was a young white boy Amerikkka and their racist are in tears and need blood. The idea of any Black person going free after murdering a white person in any situation is too much for this racist country, and system to handle.

Since this has happened the family of Karmelo Anthony has been threatened, and the case even been moved to an undisclosed location to protect the family.

Compare this to the countless cases that white people have been found innocent of for the murder of an unarmed Black person, as just previously mentioned in the Daniel Penny case, there were no threats to him or his family, nor did the case have to be moved to another location because of Black people that were threatening his life.

But the mere thought of any Black person getting off for the murder of a white person is something that this country isn't ready to accept, and the fact that they can't admit it is even more proof of how we as the Black people in this country can and will never be able to have a fair trial in this country under the current state that this legal, justice system is in.
